Online Registration and Dues Payment -
Safe and Secure with Ronin Racing

Please register online using the link below. We construct and maintain our roster and email lists with this online registration system. You will be given the option of paying the with a credit card, sending an "e-check" to Ronin, or sending a check to our VP for Administration.

All forms are available through the registration process on the Ronin Racing website. For your information, the forms to be filled out and submitted are as follows:

New Rowers and Returning Rowers must complete and submit these forms:
1. WS Crew Team Registration
2. FCPS Emergency Care Form
3. VHSL Athletic Physical. This requires a student physical. A portion of the form is completed and signed by a physician.
4. Weight Room Waiver
5. US Rowing Waiver
6. Crew Carpool Form
7. FCPS Participation Policy
8. Fundraising Commitment
9. Water Risk Statement


Winter Workout Begins November 13. To Participate in Winter Workout You Must Have:
Due to the delay in setting up the registration website, the rower does not have to be registered to practice the first week.
Completed online Registration.
Paid the Booster Fee ($50 per family).
Submitted a completed FCPS Emergency Care Form.
Submitted a completed Weight Room Risk Acknowledgement.
Submitted a completed VHSL Athletic Physical with physician signature.


Spring Rowing Season Begins February 25. To Participate in Spring Rowing You Must Have:
Completed online Registration.
Paid the Booster Fee ($50 per family).
Paid the Spring Season Rowing Fee ($250 per rower).
Paid applicable Fundraising Obligation to date. (Consult the WS Crew Fee Summary).
Submitted ALL forms; correctly completed and signed.
New Rowers Only: Completed the WS Crew Team Swim Test. New Rowers must take the swim test before they are allowed to row on the water. This will be administered in February at South Run Recreational Center (date to be determined).


IMPORTANT: A rower will be turned away from these activities if he/she is not on record, with the VP for Administration, as completing the requirements for participation listed above. An exception has been established for the beginning of the Winter Workouts due to the delay of the registration website. However, no exceptions will be given for the Spring Rowing Season.

VP For Administration
Completed forms and payments can be returned to the VP for Administration at beginning of practices during the first weeks of Winter Workouts, General Membership Meetings, and South Run Recreational Center during the swim tests. Forms can also be mailed or dropped off at her house. Do not give forms or payment to the coaches or other rowers; handling forms and payments are not their responsibility.
